Overview

As the SEO Specialist, you will  optimize our digital and website strategies, and leverage cutting-edge tools to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. You will be responsible for driving the success of our SEO and SEM campaigns and drive strategic digital initiatives for our Knowledge Services Family of Brands. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives for Knowledge Services, StateRAMP, and The Club.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing Managers, Marketing Manager, and functional specialists to ensure digital strategies align with overarching marketing goals and enhance brand authority.
  • Drive strategic oversight of SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategy, to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Oversee website strategy, design, and development efforts to create user-friendly, conversion-optimized websites and landing pages.
  • Introduce, monitor, and optimize SEM campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to refine targeting, ad copy, and bid strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics, generate actionable reports, and present findings to leadership, contributing to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with other departments, ensuring consistent messaging and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of guiding digital teams to deliver measurable results and drive growth.
  • Expertise in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and website optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CMS platforms (WordPress), and HubSpot.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to optimize digital performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management abilities to oversee digital campaigns, meet deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and allocating resources for maximum impact.
