Overview

Knowledge Services is seeking a self-motivated multi-tasker to join the fast-paced and high-demand Talent Services team. This dynamic position will challenge you as you oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycles of hundreds of contract employees across the United States. Our coordinators experience no slow days as they drive seamless onboarding experiences and resolve complex employment matters while ensuring critical compliance with federal and state regulations, legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.

 

This role will be supporting our client who is in MST and the working hous will be 10:00-7:00 pm EST

 

Impact You’ll Make

  • Optimize the onboarding paths, which include I-9 verification, screenings, and client-specific requirements
  • Lead initiatives while serving as a trusted Subject Matter Expert for workplace concerns and policy guidance
  • Partner with multiple internal departments to enhance both the employee and client experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Recruiters, Clients, and Employees
  • Provide expert guidance on company policies and employment regulations
  • Ensure operational excellence through the onboarding process for contracted employees
  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations with a focus on fair, equitable resolutions
  • Maintain impeccable documentation standards for employee records
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time
  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Experience in staffing, HR operations, or similar roles preferred
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems
  • Sharp attention to detail and process management capabilities
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive information
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Capacity to manage shifting priorities
