- High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software solutions and relate their usage and benefit to clients, vendors and team members.
- Experience working within the staffing industry from an MSP/VMS capacity preferred.
- Must have experience evaluating, analyzing processes and determining recommendation for process improvements.
- Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, organized, accurate and fast with strong interpersonal, planning, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action for resolution.
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivate and able to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as OneNote, Teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- Minimum HS Diploma required.
