Knowledge Services is looking to hire a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Solutions Specialist to join our Team in Indianapolis! The MSP Solutions Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with the internal MSP Program Teams to ensure the VMS system (proprietary Vendor Management System) is precise and processes are streamlined. To accomplish this, you will have to learn and understand the job duties of the MSP Program Teams in conjunction with the VMS system. This individual will need to have a good understanding of the VMS functions and capabilities. A fit for this role is an analytical thinker who enjoys living in the data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Knowledge Services MSP Program solutions, MSP Program requirements and processes, and VMS.
  • Provides operational support for the team and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program
  • Provides exceptional levels of customer service to the team and business partners
  • Analyzes business information and data with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enters data, analyzes data and ensures data accuracy within Knowledge Services’ system
  • Tracks various metrics, timelines and deliverables to ensure program compliance
  • Implements organizational methods and procedures to proactively manage workload
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
  • Evaluate needs and develop configurations that support business processes
  • Assist in the research, testing, troubleshooting, analyzing, configuration, and implementation of technical systems, software, solutions, initiatives, or processes
  • Identifies any internal or external issues and informs MSP management as appropriate
  • Communicate via phone, email and online/in-person meetings with team members, clients and/or vendors

Qualifications

  • High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software solutions and relate their usage and benefit to clients, vendors and team members.
  • Experience working within the staffing industry from an MSP/VMS capacity preferred.
  • Must have experience evaluating, analyzing processes and determining recommendation for process improvements.
  • Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, organized, accurate and fast with strong interpersonal, planning, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action for resolution.
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivate and able to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as OneNote, Teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum HS Diploma required.
