Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic, process‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our Cyber Solutions sales team. This individual will drive performance, coach sales professionals, and help shape our sales pipeline process as we transition to a new HubSpot CRM instance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the cyber solutions sales team.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for cybersecurity consulting and compliance services.
  • Build and optimize the sales pipeline process in HubSpot.
  • Contribute to HubSpot implementation best practices for sales workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Drive revenue growth, meet/exceed quota targets, and expand market presence.
  • Champion RAMPQuest’s values in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales experience with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Proven success managing teams and improving sales processes.
  • Familiarity with NIST 800‑53, CMMC, and/or cybersecurity services.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct cybersecurity/compliance sales experience.
  • Regulated industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
