Overview

The MSP Solutions Specialist is responsible for entering Client data into the VMS per identified program standards. Correct and timely data entry allows MSP Regional Directors, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and Delivery Specialists to provide Clients with consistent feedback on program data. Another core responsibility for this role is to utilize their knowledge of the VMS and program standards to troubleshoot, and problem solve as issues arise.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business information and data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Monitor and respond to daily data entry requests made by the MSP Delivery teams.
  • Prioritize incoming requests with the invoicing deadlines and project deadlines.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Knowledge Services MSP programs, MSP program requirements and processes, and the dotStaff™ VMS.
  • Utilize knowledge of the dotStaff™ VMS and program processes to problem solve unique situations.
  • Assist the MSP Implementations and Operations Team with data entry during new program implementations.
  • Analyze and create processes streamlining daily functions and assisting with program delivery standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to client managers, vendors, resources, and MSP team members.
  • Responsible for managing and completing projects, as assigned.
  • Assist the MSP Implementations, Operations, Training, and Compliance Teams with projects and initiatives, as assigned
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with internal Team Members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: with emphasis on Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project
  • High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software solutions and relate their usage and benefit to clients, vendors or team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Experience working within the staffing industry from an MSP/VMS capacity preferred
  • Ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action for resolution
