The Procurement Advisor serves as a trusted subject matter expert and strategic advisor to RAMPxchange members, guiding them through all phases of the procurement lifecycle from planning and solicitation strategy through evaluation and award. This role applies advanced knowledge of public-sector procurement regulations, compliance frameworks, and best practices to advise members on complex and non-routine procurement matters.
The Procurement Advisor reports to the Senior Procurement Advisor and exercises independent judgment in interpreting regulations, assessing procurement risk, recommending compliant procurement strategies, and influencing procurement outcomes that have material financial, operational, and compliance impact. This role collaborates cross-functionally with other advisors and contributes to the development of platform-wide procurement standards, tools, and educational resources.
