Overview

RAMPQuest (a part of the Knowledge Business Services Family of Businesses) is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven HubSpot Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of our HubSpot platform. The hands-on builder inside the platform is responsible for executing workflows, supporting campaigns, maintaining data structure, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. The HubSpot Specialist ensures the system is actively producing results across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives inside the HubSpot platform — ensuring our CRM systems run efficiently, data remains clean, and automation drives measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead routing for RAMPQuest
  • Maintain data integrity across HubSpot through regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup efforts
  • Standardize property usage, naming conventions, and data entry processes
  • Monitor and improve data quality to support accurate reporting and segmentation
  • Execute day-to-day platform updates and troubleshoot issues
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives and campaign execution
  • Configure custom properties, objects, pipelines, and system settings within HubSpot
  • Support integration management and ensure data flows correctly between systems
  • Document processes and maintain internal best practices for HubSpot usage
  • Ensure campaigns are set up correctly for tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Support reporting readiness by ensuring clean and structured data inputs
  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend scalable solutions
  • Stay current on HubSpot updates, features, and AI capabilities
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven automation and personalization strategies

Qualifications

 

Required:

  • 1-3+ years of HubSpot or CRM/marketing automation experience
  • Experience building workflows, lists, and campaign assets
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to execute quickly while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, or Operations Hub)
  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboard setup
  • Exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation tools
